A friend recommended your blog on FB and I’m just now checking it out. I almost choked on my cereal when you gave your imaginary award back. So funny! It reminds me of when I looked down at my sweet little baby boy and started thinking “I wonder what you’re thinking. I can’t wait for you to be able to talk – ” and then looked at my dear seven year old daughter and quickly thought, “I take that back, I take that back!”

ROFL, this is SO my 6 year old- he tells THE longest, MOST rambling stories ever! in a quiet, mumbly voice! and i’m expected to pay attention to, understand, and comment on EVERY. SINGLE. THING.
This is so my son today. He’s on a Lego Star Wars kick and if I have to hear any more about the Wii Lego Star Wars game I may explode. He played this game at a friends house months ago and he can’t stop talking about it! It was cute the first few days as I thought about how my boy is getting so big but after a few weeks it somehow lost its charm. It was what he wanted to do for “mom and son time” today. He said “we better talk about it all so we know what buttons to hit when one day we buy this game”. I about died when I read this post because it was SOOOOO my day today. Thanks for a great blog!! We (my husband and I) love it!
